Ultra-easy paddock boot with locking front zipper and double elastic panels. Supple, water-resistant full grain leather upper is acid, salt and grease resistant. Characteristically asymmetrical last offers more volume in the toe area and ball of the foot and more closely approximates the shape of the foot. Dual-layered Dri-Lex lining ensures a dry surface for the foot at all times as well as excellent wear resistance and odor control. Top layer passes moisture to the highly breathable, quick drying Hydrofil layer below, where moisture vapor is absorbed and kept away from the foot. Triple-density EVA compound footbed. The higher density PE/EVA provides arch support and cradles the heel while the lighter density PE/EVA cushions and flexes with the forefoot. Perforated "cookies" in the mid density PE/EVA provides cushioning and shock absorption under the heel and ball of the foot. Strategically placed channels and perforations promote continuous air circulation for optimal climate control and comfort. Footbed is removable to accommodate custom orthotics. Lightweight Polypropylene/polyester fiberglass midsole wrapped in reinforced nonwoven fabric is torque-resistant and unbreakable. Graduated thickness from the ball of the foot to the heel allows for more flexibility in the forefoot and more support in the stirrup.
